Mental Hlth Case Manager I (Exempt)

About the Role

Provides case management for patients and families to enhance their psychosocial functioning. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with Mercy's mission, values, and service standards.

Requirements

• Master's degree required in Social Work, Counseling, or other human service-related field.
• Minimum one year of Behavioral Health experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing, demonstrate proficient computer skills, listen, understand, and explain complex situations.

Qualifications

• Preferred licensure: Licensed Master's Social Worker (LMSW) or Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC), or eligibility for licensure.
