Mental Health Worker - Co-Ed Adolescent Mood Disorder Unit, PRN
What to Expect
This is a per diem position requiring availability for 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, and weekends. You will work under the close supervision of a licensed nurse to plan and evaluate patient needs based on individual behaviors and conditions. Extended clinical orientation and training will commence immediately following your first day of employment through Sheppard Pratt’s Clinical Education Department.

What We Need from You
- A high school diploma or GED
- An advanced degree in a human services field is strongly preferred, either in progress or already obtained
- Past direct care or related experience is strongly preferred
- Be available to work every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday)
Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $19.06 minimum to $22.95 maximum
- Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors, including but not limited to, years and level of related experience
About the Role
The Co-Ed Adolescent Mood Disorder Unit assesses, evaluates, provides crisis intervention, and stabilizes adolescent female and male patients under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
