Mental Health Worker - PRN

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• An active and unrestricted driver's license is required.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• One year of experience in mental health/human services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and emotional support to residents in a structured, therapeutic environment.
• Assist with daily living activities and encourage independence.
• Follow individualized treatment plans and document progress accurately.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive living space.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent, quality care.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license is required.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• One year of experience in mental health/human services is preferred.
