Mental Health Worker - PRN

At Merakey, we put heart and soul into everything we do. We are seeking a PRN Mental Health Worker to join our Adult Behavioral Health team in Effort, PA.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Active and valid driver’s license required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Mental health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support for consumers with mental and behavioral health diagnoses.
• Ensure the safety and welfare of all adult residents in a 15-bed Community Residential Rehab (CRR) facility setting.
• Support the daily living skills and independence of all residents.
• Participate in the treatment planning process.
• Schedule and follow-up on appointments.
• Transport and accompany residents to appointments and activities as necessary.

Pay

$19.25/hr.

PRN (varied per program need).
