Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments and provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to client needs

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Active professional license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCP) or eligibility in Virginia or Maryland
• Strong communication skills, ethical practice, and commitment to ongoing professional development
• Ability to build rapport and manage administrative tasks efficiently
