Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and provide tailored outpatient therapy

• Complete billing, documentation, and insurance forms in a timely manner

Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
• Current and active license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCP) or eligibility for licensure in Virginia or Maryland
• Passion for mental health and commitment to high-quality care
• Strong communication, ethical practice, and confidentiality skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and collaborate within a team
