Responsibilities
- Conduct culturally sensitive assessments
- Deliver outpatient individual and family therapy
- Develop crisis and safety plans
- Participate in case consultations and discharge planning
- Ensure accurate documentation and billing
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care
Qualifications
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
- Current or eligible professional license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCP) in Virginia and/or Maryland
- Strong commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
