About the role
We are a physician-run telepsychiatry provider dedicated to offering quality therapy and psychiatric services for children, adolescents, and adults. Our mission is to help individuals achieve mental health and wellness and reach their full potential.
Responsibilities
- Assists in developing and implementing clinical procedures and guidelines, as needed
- Participates in staff meetings and case presentations
- Supervises Care Coordinators during initial intakes
- Serves as supervisor and consultant to staff and student interns
- Provides patient-centered therapy interventions emphasizing patient involvement
- Documents patient screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress, and referral information using the electronic medical record
- Affords advocacy for patients' access to community resources
- Collaborates with the treatment team to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Collaborates with the treatment team to provide the best care to patients
- Utilizes multiple therapeutic modalities including group, individual, and family therapy
- Demonstrates sensitivity to diversity issues and respects patient dignity
- Maintains patient progress towards goals and addresses termination/discharge issues
- Provides outside referrals at discharge/termination
- Works independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Requirements
Open to both licensed and unlicensed therapists, with supervision provided for licensure purposes.

Pay
Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Full-time and part-time positions available, Monday through Friday, no weekends.
