Responsibilities
- Hybrid - Clinicians set their own schedule
- Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan
- Complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes
- Provide excellent customer service for clients
- Collaborate with a dynamic team
- Utilize creativity in interventions
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session
- Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25-30 client visits per week
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training
Qualifications and Skills
- Clinical licensure (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, etc.)
- Experience with completing Biopsychosocial intakes, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Complete and submit documentation of services and other documents on time
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
- Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
Pay
$68,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
