About the role

The successful candidate will provide therapy services to clients in need of mental health support.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs
• Maintain client records and progress notes
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
• Licensed to practice as a Mental Health Therapist in Minnesota
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
