Mental Health Therapist - Full Time

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation (including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes) according to company policy.
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
• Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol.
• Maintain a minimum of 25 billable hours per week for benefit-eligible status (12 billable hours per week to maintain employment).
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
• Attend and participate in all clinical consultation and trainings.
• Demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
• Complete and submit documentation of services and other documents same-day or next-day.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited college or university.
• On track to obtain licensure in your designated field.
• Clinical licensure registration with DORA (Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies).
• Experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
• Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus).
• Ability to work both in-person and via telehealth/remote settings.

Pay

Compensation is hourly plus commission, ranging from $56,000.00 to $76,000.00 per year.

Schedule

Full-time availability, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
