Mental Health Therapist - Full Time

About the role

Join our team as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, providing outpatient individual and family therapy within a supportive, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for diverse clients and families.
• Deliver tailored therapeutic interventions to promote healing and resilience.
• Create crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to support client stability.
• Participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning to enhance care.
• Complete billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms accurately.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members for holistic mental health care.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Active or eligible professional license in Washington State.
• Passion for mental health, ethical practice, and ongoing professional development.
• Strong communication, rapport-building, and time management skills.
• Commitment to confidentiality and collaborative teamwork.

Pay

$56 – $67 per billable unit, based on licensure and experience.
