About the role
Mentally healthy individuals contribute to vibrant communities. As a 1099 contractor, you'll play a crucial role in developing and maintaining provider networks that support mental health services across multiple locations in Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and contract with new providers to expand the network.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding mental health services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contracted providers to foster ongoing collaboration.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to contracted providers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the quality of care offered through the network.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in mental health provider contracting or management.
- Knowledge of state and federal mental health regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Experience working with diverse populations and cultural backgrounds.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of telehealth and virtual care delivery systems is a plus.
