Mental Health Therapist - 1099 Contractor - Oregon

About the role

Mentally healthy individuals contribute to vibrant communities. As a 1099 contractor, you'll play a crucial role in developing and maintaining provider networks that support mental health services across multiple locations in Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and contract with new providers to expand the network.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding mental health services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contracted providers to foster ongoing collaboration.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to contracted providers.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the quality of care offered through the network.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in mental health provider contracting or management.
• Knowledge of state and federal mental health regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience working with diverse populations and cultural backgrounds.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
