Mental Health Therapist - 1099 Contractor - Oregon

About the role

Mentally healthy communities are strong communities. We are seeking a 1099 contractor to join our team in developing and managing a provider network for mental health services across multiple locations in Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with mental health providers
• Identify and evaluate potential new providers
• Manage contract negotiations and agreements
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Support the implementation of evidence-based practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field
• Current license to practice as a mental health professional in Oregon
• Experience in provider network development and management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to travel to various locations within Oregon

Qualifications

• Experience working with diverse populations
• Knowledge of community health needs assessment
• Understanding of managed care systems
