About the role
Mentally healthy communities are strong communities. We are seeking a 1099 contractor to join our team in developing and managing a provider network for mental health services across multiple locations in Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with mental health providers
- Identify and evaluate potential new providers
- Manage contract negotiations and agreements
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Support the implementation of evidence-based practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field
- Current license to practice as a mental health professional in Oregon
- Experience in provider network development and management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel to various locations within Oregon
Qualifications
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Knowledge of community health needs assessment
- Understanding of managed care systems
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
