Responsibilities

• Identify, contract, and manage contracted mental health providers across various locations in Oregon.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contracted providers to ensure service delivery meets quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies related to mental health provider contracts.
• Collaborate with other stakeholders including healthcare organizations, insurance companies, and community partners to enhance the provider network.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in mental health provider contracting or management.
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with providers and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working in a hybrid or contract provider network setting preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel up to 20% within Oregon.
