Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers across Oregon
- Identify and evaluate potential new providers for inclusion in the network
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding healthcare provider contracts
- Collaborate with other stakeholders to improve access to mental health services
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field
- Current license to practice as a Mental Health Therapist in Oregon
- At least 5 years of experience in mental health therapy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Knowledge of managed care organizations and healthcare policy
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
