Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers within the provider network.
• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing therapy sessions with clients.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care plans.
• Participate in regular supervision and training sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Valid state license as a Mental Health Therapist.
• Experience working with diverse populations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills.

Skills

• Therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and others.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills.
