About the role

Able to work in an independent contractor capacity, responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers within a designated network.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with potential contract providers
• Develop and maintain provider relationships
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
• Manage provider onboarding process

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Valid State License as a Mental Health Therapist
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Experience working with diverse populations
• Knowledge of mental health treatment modalities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
