Your responsibilities will focus on developing and maintaining a robust provider network that meets the needs of your clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential mental health providers within the designated regions.
• Develop and manage relationships with contracted providers to ensure quality service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to align services and meet client needs.
• Regularly assess and update the provider network based on performance and market changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in mental health provider contracting or management.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Knowledge of state and federal mental health regulations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
