Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to build and grow the network
• Identify and evaluate potential new providers for inclusion in the network
• Collaborate with other members of the care team to ensure alignment with clinical standards and patient needs
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

Requirements

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field
• Licensed to practice as a mental health professional in Kansas
• Experience in provider network development and management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications
