About the role

Able to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers within the provider network.
• Identify and develop new opportunities for contract providers.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on network development goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Valid State License as a Mental Health Therapist.
• Experience in provider network development and/or contract management.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
