Mental Health Therapist - 1099 Contractor - Oklahoma

About the role

Able to work in a hybrid schedule between Ponca City, Woodward, Weatherford, Elk City, Guthrie, and Enid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers within the provider network.
• Ensure contracted providers meet quality and performance standards.
• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to improve patient care outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• Current license to practice as a Mental Health Therapist in Oklahoma.
• Experience in contract provider management and healthcare network development.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
