About the role
Maintain and expand provider networks in New Hampshire, Littleton, Gorham, and Hanover, Pennsylvania. Develop relationships with healthcare providers to ensure a diverse and robust network.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers
- Identify and onboard new contracted providers
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Manage provider contracts and renewals
- Collaborate with other departments to support patient care initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Valid state license as a Mental Health Therapist
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in healthcare provider contracting and network development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
