Mental Health Therapist - 1099 Contractor - New Hampshire

About the role

Mentally healthy individuals contribute positively to their communities. This position is designed to support this goal by providing mental health services through a provider network development program.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with contracted providers to ensure quality mental health care services are provided to clients.
• Collaborate with contracted providers to identify gaps in service and develop strategies to address these gaps.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new contracted providers to the network.
• Conduct regular assessments of contracted providers to ensure compliance with established standards and guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge related to mental health care.

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Valid state license to practice as a Mental Health Therapist.
• At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Experience working with diverse populations and cultural backgrounds.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Knowledge of mental health treatment modalities and therapeutic approaches.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
