About the role

Mentally healthy individuals contribute positively to their communities. This position is designed to support this goal by providing mental health services through a provider network development program. The ideal candidate will have experience in contract provider management and will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers within the contracted network
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards
  • Manage the referral process between patients and contracted providers
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations of contracted providers
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
  • Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in New Hampshire
  • At least 5 years of experience in mental health therapy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing provider networks
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
