About the role

This position is designed to support this goal by providing mental health services through a provider network development program. The ideal candidate will have experience in contract provider management and will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers within the contracted network
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards
- Manage the referral process between patients and contracted providers
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of contracted providers
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in New Hampshire
- At least 5 years of experience in mental health therapy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Qualifications
- Experience in managing provider networks
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
