Maintain and expand provider networks in designated areas. Develop relationships with healthcare providers to ensure a robust network.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers
- Identify and onboard new contracted providers
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Manage and update provider directories
- Communicate effectively with providers and clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Valid state license as a Mental Health Therapist
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
