About the role

Develops and maintains relationships with contracted providers to build and expand the provider network in Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and onboard new contracted providers
  • Manage and maintain contracted provider relationships
  • Ensure contracted providers meet quality standards and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate contracted providers into the healthcare system
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to contracted providers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field
  • Valid Massachusetts Provider License
  • At least 5 years of experience in mental health or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Qualifications

  • Experience working with contracted providers in a healthcare setting
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

Skills
