About the role
Develops and maintains relationships with contracted providers to build and expand the provider network in Massachusetts.
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and onboard new contracted providers
- Manage and maintain contracted provider relationships
- Ensure contracted providers meet quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate contracted providers into the healthcare system
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to contracted providers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field
- Valid Massachusetts Provider License
- At least 5 years of experience in mental health or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Qualifications
- Experience working with contracted providers in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
