Mental Health Therapist - 1099 Contractor - California

Mentally healthy communities are vital to overall community health. As a 1099 contractor, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining provider networks that support mental health services across various locations in California.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with mental health providers in the network
• Identify new opportunities for expanding the provider network
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding mental health services
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to improve access to care

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field
• Valid California Provider License
• At least 5 years of experience in mental health provider network development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Experience working with diverse populations
• Knowledge of mental health best practices and policies
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
