Provider Network Development – Contract Providers

Develops and maintains relationships with contracted providers to build and expand the provider network.

• Identify potential providers and assess their qualifications and capabilities
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with contracted providers
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of contracted providers
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Responsibilities

Oversees the development and maintenance of a robust provider network to support mental health services.

• Collaborate with healthcare organizations to identify and attract new contracted providers
• Conduct market research to understand provider needs and preferences
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance provider satisfaction and retention
• Manage the onboarding process for new contracted providers

Requirements

Must have extensive experience in provider network development and management.

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, healthcare administration, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in provider network development and management
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

Qualifications

Must hold a valid California Provider Network License.

• Provider Network License in California
• Current DEA license if required by state law

Skills

Proficiency in healthcare software and tools is preferred.

• Experience with healthcare software and tools
