Mental Health Therapist - 1099 Contractor - California

About the role

Mentally healthy communities are vital to overall community health. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with mental health providers in the provider network.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential contract providers
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contracted providers
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Manage provider onboarding and training processes
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Valid California Provider License
• At least 2 years of experience in mental health provider contracting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Experience working with diverse populations
• Knowledge of mental health treatment modalities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
