Facility: North Bay Recovery Center
Location: Lutz, FL
Status: Full time, Hourly
Shift Hours: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM
Weekend Work: Every Other
On Call: No

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care to psychiatric inpatients under the direct Supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Provides ongoing monitoring and observation of patients to ensure safety and wellbeing.
• Promotes communication and therapeutic relationships with patients.

Requirements

• Required Certification/Licensures: BLS (Basic Life Support)
• CNA (Nursing Assistant) - preferred
• Patient Care Technician - preferred
• Education: High School or Equivalent
• Associate's degree in related field - Preferred
• Bachelor's degree in related field - Preferred
• Experience: 6 months – Psychology or Bachelor's degree in related field
• This position requires Level II screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse, managed by the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA). More information can be found at https://info.flclearinghouse.com
