About the role
Arisa Health is seeking Mental Health Technicians to support its Adult IDD TC Program in Jonesboro. The program serves individuals with mental health needs, including those with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
Responsibilities
- Provide services to clients under the supervision of healthcare professionals.
- Perform tasks within the scope of education and training.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate services.
- Make observations about clients' conditions and report significant changes.
- Maintain accurate documentation.
- Implement behavioral techniques to maintain safety and therapeutic environments.
- Respond appropriately in crisis situations.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a residential setting or mental health field preferred.
- CPR for Healthcare Workers or BCLS certification for Healthcare Workers.

- Good computer skills.
