Mental Health Tech - Crisis Stabilization

About the role

Elevate is seeking a Mental Health Technician – Crisis Stabilization to join our team in Beaver Dam, WI. In this role you will provide community-based support to individuals working to establish and/or manage their mental health and/or substance use disorders, helping them stabilize after a crisis and maintain independence through supportive skill development and direct client care.

Responsibilities

• Provide community-based support to individuals with mental health and/or substance use needs.
• Assist individuals in stabilizing after a crisis.
• Support skill development to promote independence in the community.
• Deliver direct client care while maintaining a professional, personable manner.
• Uphold respect, consideration, and dignity for clients, visitors, and fellow employees.
• Maintain strict client confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in adult care, mental health, or substance use services encouraged.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility to be covered under Elevate’s insurance to operate agency vehicles.

Pay

$17–$18 per hour

Schedule

Part‑time: 2nd shift Monday 2:00 pm‑10:00 pm and Friday 4:00 pm‑12:00 am; 3rd shift Friday 11:30 pm‑7:30 am and Saturday 11:00 pm‑7:30 am.
