Mental Health Recovery Specialist II - Secure Residential 502

About the role

The Recovery Specialist II provides care that responds to the physical and psychological needs of members served. The role delivers direct and indirect services according to individual service plans and Medicaid standards.

Schedule

• 32 hours per week, 4 days per week
• Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Pay

• Starting at $15.87 hourly (commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements)
• Shift differentials for hourly staff:
  • 6% for PM Shift
  • 10% for Overnight Shift
• Weekend shift differentials for hourly staff:
  • 5% for Weekend AM Shift
  • 11% for Weekend PM Shift
  • 15% for Weekend Overnight Shift

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; or 2 years course work and 2 years training/experience; or 2 years’ lived experience
• Must attend CPI training
• Must assist with de-escalation as needed
• Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver
• Willingness to use your personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups

About the facility

The Recovery Center at Sarpy is a 16-bed facility serving residents 19+ who have been diagnosed with a serious mental illness and are currently experiencing mental-health related difficulties.
