The Recovery Specialist II provides care that responds to the physical and psychological needs of members served. The Recovery Specialist II provides direct and indirect services according to individual service plans and Medicaid standards.

Schedule

Full‑Time, PM shifts; shifts and days vary as needed.

Pay

Expected starting wage range: $15.54 – $18.73 per hour. Telecare applies geographic differentials; the pay range is based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; or 2 years coursework plus 2 years training/experience; or 2 years’ lived experience
• At least 18 years of age
• CPR, First Aid, and CPI certification (hands‑on course) on date of employment or prior to providing direct client care; must maintain current certification throughout employment
• Successful completion of post‑offer physical examination, 2‑step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree/license verification
• Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver; willingness to use company vehicle to transport clients to appointments and groups
• If position requires driving: valid driver’s license, motor vehicle clearance, and proof of auto insurance required at time of employment and maintained throughout employment
