Mental Health Provider (Psychiatric PA or NP) - SW Fort Worth

About the role

Geode Health is a rapidly growing, national provider of outpatient mental health services with a mission to “Transform mental health by making it more accessible, affordable and effective.” We are actively recruiting passionate Advance Practice Providers (Psychiatric PA or PMHNP) in the greater Southwest Fort Worth market to partner in achieving that mission.

As a Behavioral Health Provider, you will deliver psychiatric healthcare services including initial mental health evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, medication management, and supportive psychotherapy as clinically appropriate for each patient.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial mental health evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide medication management
• Deliver supportive psychotherapy based on patient needs
• Use a measurement-based care approach to track outcomes and inform care plans

Requirements

• Active Psychiatric PA or PMHNP license in the state of Texas
• Active DEA license
• Active CDS license (Illinois providers only)
• Proficiency in using an EMR system and maintaining accurate electronic health records
• Desire and ability to treat a general spectrum of mental health conditions
• Minimum of one year of professional experience in an Advance Practice Provider role
• Experience in an outpatient setting preferred
