About the role
Geode Health is a rapidly growing, national provider of outpatient mental health services with a mission to “Transform mental health by making it more accessible, affordable and effective.” We are seeking passionate Advanced Practice Providers (Psychiatric PA or PMHNP) in the greater [geographic region] market to partner with us in delivering psychiatric healthcare services.
As a Behavioral Health Provider, you will provide psychiatric healthcare services, including initial mental health evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, medication management, and supportive psychotherapy based on patient needs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial mental health evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide medication management
- Deliver supportive psychotherapy as clinically appropriate
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records using an EMR system
- Manage a general spectrum of mental health conditions
Requirements
- Active Psychiatric PA or PMHNP license in the state of [state]
- Active DEA license
- Active CDS (Illinois Providers only)
- Passion for high-quality care
- Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills
- Proficiency in using an EMR system
- Desire and ability to treat a broad range of mental health conditions
Geode highly prefers candidates with over one year of professional experience in an Advanced Practice Provider role, particularly those with outpatient work experience.
