About the role

Geode Health is a rapidly growing, national provider of outpatient mental health services with a mission to “Transform mental health by making it more accessible, affordable and effective.” We are seeking passionate Advanced Practice Providers (Psychiatric PA or PMHNP) in the greater [geographic region] market to partner with us in delivering psychiatric healthcare services.

As a Behavioral Health Provider, you will provide psychiatric healthcare services, including initial mental health evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, medication management, and supportive psychotherapy based on patient needs.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial mental health evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide medication management
  • Deliver supportive psychotherapy as clinically appropriate
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records using an EMR system
  • Manage a general spectrum of mental health conditions

Requirements

  • Active Psychiatric PA or PMHNP license in the state of [state]
  • Active DEA license
  • Active CDS (Illinois Providers only)
  • Passion for high-quality care
  • Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills
  • Proficiency in using an EMR system
  • Desire and ability to treat a broad range of mental health conditions

Geode highly prefers candidates with over one year of professional experience in an Advanced Practice Provider role, particularly those with outpatient work experience.
