Mental Health Provider (Psychiatric PA or NP) - Las Colinas, TX

About the role

Geode Health is a rapidly growing, national provider of outpatient mental health services. We are actively recruiting for passionate Advance Practice Providers (Psych PA or PMHNP) in the greater [geographic region] market who can partner with us to achieve our mission of transforming mental health.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric healthcare services, including initial mental health evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, medication management, and supportive psychotherapy as clinically appropriate.
• Partner with the Psychiatrist and Mental Health Therapist to coordinate medication management and psychotherapy.
• Participate in an integrated care team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Use a measurement-based care approach to track outcomes and improve care quality.

Requirements

• Active Psychiatric PA or PMHNP license in the state of [pull in state of job posting]
• Active DEA license
• Active CDS (Illinois Providers only)
• Passion for high quality care
• Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills
• Proficiency in using an EMR system and maintaining accurate and up-to-date electronic health records.

Qualifications

• Over one year of professional work experience in an Advance Practice Provider role.
• Experience working in an outpatient setting preferred.

Schedule

Hybrid work schedule. Most providers work three days a week onsite and two days a week telehealth. A four-day work week is also possible.
