Responsibilities
- Conduct rapid assessments, de‑escalate crises, and develop safety plans for individuals experiencing mental health emergencies.
- Perform risk assessments and coordinate with hospitals and law‑enforcement agencies.
- Provide brief counseling and stabilization services to clients.
- Link clients to ongoing behavioral health and social support services.
- Support vulnerable individuals and families within a community‑based setting.
