Mental Health Crisis Worker

Responsibilities

• Conduct rapid assessments, de‑escalate situations, and develop safety plans for individuals experiencing mental health crises.
• Perform risk assessments and coordinate with hospitals and law‑enforcement agencies.
• Provide brief counseling and stabilization services to clients.
• Link clients to ongoing behavioral health and social services to ensure continued support.
• Support vulnerable individuals and families within a community‑based setting.
