We are seeking a Mental Health Counselor with a Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field to support clinical programming at a Crisis Recovery Center. The role involves providing direct client care through assessment, treatment planning, individual, family, group, and milieu therapy, as well as client, family, peer, and community education. The counselor will coordinate with healthcare professionals, including physicians and ARNPs, to ensure comprehensive care. Qualifications include a Master’s degree and, preferably, licensure such as LPC, LPA, or LCSW, along with at least 2 years of clinical experience. Key responsibilities encompass delivering therapeutic services, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with team members to support clients' mental health needs. Skills required include strong communication, clinical assessment, and treatment planning abilities. The position offers various shifts and requires on-site work.
