About the role

We are seeking experienced Senior Mental Health Counselors with a Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field to provide comprehensive mental health services.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct client care through treatment planning, individual, family, and group therapy
• Developing and maintaining standards of practice and quality services
• Offering consultation, education, and mentoring to clinicians and staff
• Coordinating services with healthcare professionals and community resources
• Engaging in professional development to stay current in clinical skills and program support

Qualifications

• Alaska licensure as a Social Worker, Clinical Social Worker, Psychologist, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Professional Counselor upon hire
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience
