Role Overview Provide telephonic triage, screening, crisis intervention, and ambulatory behavioral health services within a team setting. Responsibilities include crisis management, coordinating psychiatric admissions/discharges, follow-up care, and supporting members through assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapy. Offer individual, family, group, and intensive outpatient interventions using evidence-based modalities, ensuring appropriate level of care and resource linkage. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for assessments and decision-making, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and adhere to organizational and regulatory guidelines. Contribute to quality assurance and departmental planning activities. Qualifications & Skills Master’s degree in mental health-related field and licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist or Mental Health Counselor in Hawaii.Minimum of three years post-degree clinical experience.Proficiency in crisis assessment, evidence-based treatment, diagnostic evaluations (DSM), and documentation standards.Experience with diverse mental health and substance use disorders, crisis interventions, and risk assessments.Strong skills in change management, conflict resolution, teamwork, and communication.Required certifications include NPI and Basic Life Support.
