About the role

Full-Time Therapist In Training position providing individual therapy services under supervision in an outpatient mental health setting. Emphasis on trauma-informed, person-centered, and evidence-based practices. Occasional group facilitation may occur.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments
• Develop treatment plans
• Deliver psychotherapy
• Provide psychoeducation
• Maintain documentation
• Participate in team meetings
• Collaborate with community partners
• Engage in ongoing supervision and professional development

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Practicum experience
• Eligibility for Wisconsin “In Training” license (e.g., APSW, LPC-IT, MFT-IT)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred: active licensure, experience with justice-involved populations, trauma-informed care knowledge
