About the role

The Clinical Supervisor leads a team of Wraparound Care Coordinators supporting youth and young adults with acute or crisis mental health needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly clinical supervision to care coordinators
• Consult on complex and crisis cases
• Oversee plans of care and documentation
• Train and certify new coordinators
• Promote trauma-informed, family-centered, and culturally responsive practices
• Collaborate with families, courts, providers, and community systems to improve client outcomes
