Mental Health Clinical Supervisor

Responsibilities
- Mentorship and Supervision: Directly supervise and mentor therapists, interns, and clinical support staff, including adhering to and tracking supervision policies, hours, and files to ensure compliance and development. Address personnel issues, participate in clinical interviewing and hiring, and manage staff training and compliance needs
- Client and Team Support: Address patient concerns promptly and ensure the quality of care remains at the highest standard. Participate in a rotating phone-based call schedule during hours-of-service delivery (no overnight hours required). Provide direct client therapy through evidence-based treatment according to an agreed-upon schedule
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other professionals, including therapists, interns, and clinical support staff, to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients. Coordinate care with other professionals to support comprehensive treatment plans
Schedule
This role requires regular in-person attendance at the designated office location. A hybrid schedule with 1-2 days remote can be considered after 90 days.
Requirements
- Minimum master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field
- Must be licensed by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners on an independent level as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW
- One (1) year of clinical supervision experience in the behavioral health field preferred but not required
- Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners Supervisor Training preferred but not required (if not complete at hire, must be completed within 30 days, sponsored by our team)
- Provide current level one fingerprint clearance card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety and renew as applicable
- Continuously maintain active Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and first aid certification
