Mental Health Associate (Inpatient Behavioral Health) - Princeton, NJ - Full Time (Night Shift)
About the Role
Penn Medicine Princeton Health (PMPH) is seeking a full-time Mental Health Associate to work the evening shift within Princeton House Behavioral Health (PHBH). This position is within Wing 6, a 28-bed unit specializing in voluntary psychiatric and dual-diagnosis care for individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. The team provides integrated treatment to improve long-term recovery outcomes.
Location: Princeton House Behavioral Health, 905 Herrontown Road, Princeton, NJ.
Responsibilities
- Assist Registered Nurses in providing direct psychiatric and medical care to patients.
- Participate as a member of the treatment team in creating and maintaining a safe and therapeutic milieu.
Schedule
Required to work 5 evening shifts (11 PM – 7:30 AM) per week, including every other weekend and every other holiday.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts or Science (required). Specialization in Social Science preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 3 months of hire.
- Valid driver’s license required.

Pay
