Mental Health Associate (Inpatient Behavioral Health) - Princeton, NJ - Per Diem (Day Shift)
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- The Mental Health Associate assists Registered Nurses in providing direct psychiatric and medical care to patients.
- The Mental Health Associate participates as a member of the treatment team in creating and maintaining a safe and therapeutic milieu.
Scheduling Requirements
- Required to work three weekend shifts per 6 week schedule.
- Must include one consecutive weekend (Saturday/Sunday).
- The day shift is considered 7AM-3:30PM.
What We Require for this Role
- Education: Bachelor of Arts or Science (required).
- Education specialization: Social Science preferred.
- LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT: Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 3 months of hire.
- Valid driver’s license required.

Pay
Salary Range: $18.11 - $28.86/Hourly
