About the role

Responsible for leading a team of educators in developing innovative curriculum and instructional strategies that enhance student learning outcomes. Will collaborate with faculty to implement new teaching methods and evaluate their effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative curriculum and instructional strategies
• Collaborate with faculty to test and refine new teaching methods
• Evaluate the impact of new teaching methods on student learning outcomes
• Provide professional development opportunities for faculty members
• Stay current with best practices in education and technology

Requirements

• Master's degree in education or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in higher education administration
• Experience in curriculum development and instructional design
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
