About the role
Responsible for leading a team of educators in developing innovative curriculum and instructional strategies that enhance student learning outcomes. Will collaborate with faculty to implement new teaching methods and evaluate their effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative curriculum and instructional strategies
- Collaborate with faculty to test and refine new teaching methods
- Evaluate the impact of new teaching methods on student learning outcomes
- Provide professional development opportunities for faculty members
- Stay current with best practices in education and technology
Requirements
- Master's degree in education or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in higher education administration
- Experience in curriculum development and instructional design
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
