About the role
The successful candidate will lead the men's volleyball program, fostering a culture of excellence in both skill development and team spirit.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance player skills and performance.
- Manage team travel and competition schedules.
- Collaborate with the athletic department to secure funding and resources.
- Attend games and practices to provide guidance and support to players.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in sports science, education, or a related field.
- Proven experience coaching at the collegiate level.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience with NCAA regulations and compliance.
- Knowledge of volleyball techniques and strategies.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
